Eggplants come in a variety of varieties, with the exception of at least three types of eggplants grown in Iran, which are elongated and narrow or round, which turn purple, yellow, black and white. This plant grows in all tropical and subtropical regions. In Iran, different types of eggplant species are cultivated in different regions. Iran after china and India is the third largest producer of eggplant in the world with a production of about 1.5 million tons. Due to these valuable properties,  Eggplant export has always been of interest to exporters in Iran and the world.
