Peach

fruit tree of the rose family (Rosaceae), grown throughout the warmer temperate regions of both the Northern and Southern hemispheres. Peaches are widely eaten fresh and are also baked in pies and cobblers; canned peaches are a staple commodity in many regions. Yellow-fleshed varieties are especially rich in vitamin A. Due to these valuable properties,  peach export has always been of interest to exporters in Iran and the world.

Peaches are rich in vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins, potassium and iron. A small peach can provide 15% of your daily vitamin C needs. Exported peaches usually have the best size, quality and taste.

Yellow peach

This peach has a spicy and acidic taste compared to white peaches. Like all peaches, you should look for yellow peaches that look heavy. To choose this fruit, choose a peach that smells good. This type of peach has all the signs of a ripe peach.

White peach

White peaches are sweeter than yellow peaches because of their low acidity. They also have a softer and tastier texture than yellow peaches. They do not look different from other peaches. Due to the fact that this type of peach is relatively rare and valuable, they are probably more expensive.

Hello Peach

The freestyle peach does not stick to the core and can be removed by hand. These peaches are larger than Clingstone peaches and have less water. The majority of peaches that are sold to customers in retail are of this type of peach.

Peach Klingstone

Peeling Klingstone has flesh attached to the core. This type is softer, sweeter and juicier than Freistone peach. Because of these properties, they are suitable for canning, storage and cooking. Commercial canned peaches are all Klingstone.

Fig Peach

There are different types of fig peaches and they are very popular and well known. This is because of their recognizable shape. They are flat, white and low in acid.
